Pin-Up Anatomy

Pin-Up Anatomy reimagines the classic pin-up through a lens that both honours and disrupts its history. While the poses, expressions, and styling recall the glamour of the 1950s, the familiar veneer is stripped away—literally. Beneath the skin, the body reveals its inner architecture, exposing the shared structures that render gender distinctions far less dramatic than desire and culture insist they are.

In peeling back the surface, the work seeks to humanize rather than objectify, shifting attention from the fantasy of the female form to the truth of its universality. The question lingers, sharp and unapologetic: Do you find her sexy now?
